How many travellers do I need to qualify for the group discount? 
You need 2 or more travellers quoted together in a single transaction. No promo code is required. The extra 10% off is applied automatically to the entire order.

What are the requirements for the policyholder/insured person? What is the age range for children? 
The policyholder must be a HKID holder aged between 18 and 75 years. The insured person must be aged between 60 days and 75 years. Children aged 60 days to 17 years can be covered under the same policy as an accompanying adult. 

When is the best time to buy travel insurance? Can I buy it now for a future trip? 
The earlier you buy, the better protected you are. You can purchase Allianz travel insurance in advance before your trip departure date. There is no need to wait until the last minute. Buying early means you are covered for trip cancellation before you even leave home (subject to the terms and conditions of your policy).
