Allianz Travel Insurance Promotional Offer
General Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion (the “Promotion”) shall run from 24 March 2026 to 23 April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).
2. Allianz Travel Insurance is underwritten by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE (incorporated in the Federal Republic of Germany with limited liabilities) Hong Kong Branch (“Allianz”).
3. The Promotion is only applicable to customers who successfully apply and pay for an Allianz Travel Insurance with a Total Premium Payable (net of any discounts and including the Levy) of HKD 280 or above directly through the Allianz website (www.allianz-travel.com.hk) during the Promotion Period (each an "Eligible Policy").
4. Each Eligible Policy qualifies for 1,000 Max Miles.
5. A policyholder who has participated in this Promotion will not be entitled to any other promotional offers in respect of the same policy, unless otherwise specified in a specific welcome offer. The data appearing on Allianz’s records will be conclusive as to the date on which the policy of the relevant insurance product was applied for, issued, withdrawn or cancelled.
6. No person other than the policyholder and Allianz will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
7. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Promotion for Allianz Travel Insurance only and no reference has been made to any other Allianz insurance policy or any coverage or content thereunder. Customers must read, understand and agree to the terms of all insurance policies before applying.
8. Allianz reserve the right to alter, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
9. All matters or disputes in relation to the Promotion and the interpretation of the terms and conditions herein shall be subject to the decision of Allianz, which shall be final and binding.
Special Terms and Conditions for HeyMax Max Miles
The following terms and conditions are for the specific offer and are to be construed in addition to, and together with, the General Terms and Conditions provided above.
1. The redemption code will be sent to the eligible policyholder’s registered email address by 31 July 2026. At the time the redemption code is emailed, the relevant Allianz Travel Insurance policy must remain valid and in force, or for single trip policy, have expired upon the completion of the insured trip without being cancelled or refunded.
2. By participating in this Promotion, eligible policyholders expressly acknowledge and agree that the redemption and utilization of Max Miles require the downloading of the HeyMax application and the successful registration of a HeyMax account. Customers must enter the unique redemption code within the application to claim the reward, thereby agreeing to be bound by HeyMax’s independent terms of use and privacy policy.

4. The redemption code will not be re-issued or replaced if lost, deleted, or otherwise damaged.
5. The redemption code and Max Miles are not exchangeable for cash, other items or vouchers of other denomination.
6. Max Miles are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by HeyMax (the "Supplier"). Allianz makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality and availability of the products, services, or information provided by the Supplier, and does not have any obligations or liabilities for any matter arising from or in connection with the use of Max Miles and any products, services, or information provided by the Supplier.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version prevails.
