How do I earn 1,000 air miles with Allianz Travel Insurance?
Simply buy your travel insurance directly from Allianz website during the promotional period. If your total premium payable is HK$280 or above after any discounts, you will earn 1,000 air miles.
Which Allianz Travel Insurance plans qualify for the air miles reward?
All plans qualify! This includes single trip travel insurance, annual travel insurance, individual policies and group policies.
When will I receive my redemption code?
Your redemption code will be sent via email by 31 July 2026 to the email address registered on your policy.
What happens if I cancel my travel insurance policy?
At the time the redemption code is emailed, the relevant Allianz Travel Insurance policy must remain valid and in force, or for single trip policy, have expired upon the completion of the insured trip without being cancelled or refunded.
How do I redeem my miles?
Allianz will send you an email containing your miles redemption code and the HeyMax app download link. Simply download the HeyMax app, create an account, and enter your code. Your Max Miles will be credited to your account and can be converted to Asia Miles, Avios, or other air miles programs at your convenience.
I haven't received my redemption code. What should I do?
